If none of the lights are working on that right side and replacing the light did not fix the problem i am inclined to believe that the problem is probably the wiring to the light. A 2 bike rack is just under than limit but any more. Just recently had a towbar fitted uk 7pin and bought a nice new thule bike rack with an integrated light bar. Why are my new bars bent.

Are you sure that drivers behind you can see your lights when travelling with bikes on your rack. Towbar bike rack thule easyfold xt 3 bike. Here is 3ft 1m then your to have some for of flag or reflector. Everything on the light bar works except the brakelights.
